He makes consistent contact, and hes slowly starting to get some power, leading optimists to believe that hell eventually work his way into league average pop. Jeferson Quero, C (January rank #15) 34. Zach DeLoach, OF: DeLoach is a pure hitter who should hit for a high average but he lacks power or stolen-base acumen. 197. Unlike his brother, he doesn't project to hit for as much power. After a mid season update, he is ranked as the Brewers fourth best prospect according to MLB Pipeline. Colton Welker, 1B/3B: Welker's development has stalled and he's likely permanently moving to first base, which hurts his value. 216. In terms of batted ball statistics, he has shown the ability to keep the ball off the ground with a fly ball percentage of 47.0%. The hit tool is strong, with solid plate discipline and a smooth swing that keeps the bat in the zone. There's a solid gap with present and future grades here with the lack of true game film, so it should be worth monitoring. Age: 26 Certainly meets the criteria for a good chance to make a major league roster given hes on one.
